A Little Help Behind the Scenes Can Make a Big Difference

You probably didn’t get into real estate because you love updating a CRM, designing postcards, or figuring out what to post on Instagram.

But those things still need to get done. Usually somewhere between answering client questions, scheduling showings, and trying to have a life outside of work.

If we haven’t connected in a while, I wanted to share a reminder of what I offer through The Social Savvy Realtor. You may know me for social media, but I also help with quite a bit of the everyday work that goes into running your business.

Help with your social media

You know your clients and your market. Putting that knowledge into a caption or finding time to finish a reel can be the part that holds you up.

I help with content ideas, captions, posts, carousels, and reels that sound like you and make sense for your audience. We can share your local knowledge, answer the questions you hear all the time, and give people a better feel for what it’s like to work with you.

Monthly content support is available if you’d like ongoing help instead of trying to squeeze it all in yourself.

B-roll filming, without having to talk on camera

If you’ve ever sat down to make a reel and realized you have plenty of house videos but almost nothing of yourself, a b-roll session can help.

We’ll spend an hour getting clips of you working, walking through a home, grabbing coffee, or visiting local spots. You don’t need to memorize anything or come up with a list of poses. I’ll help you with what to do, and we’ll keep it casual.

You’ll have footage of yourself to use when you’re ready to create content, instead of having to film something every time you want to post.

A one-hour b-roll session is $110.

Newsletters, articles, and materials for your business

Maybe you’ve been meaning to send a newsletter to past clients, but writing it keeps getting pushed back. Or you need a flyer for a listing and would rather hand it to someone than spend your evening working on it.

I can help with email newsletters, articles, postcards, listing flyers, brochures, buyer and seller materials, and more.

We’ll make sure the finished piece sounds like you, looks consistent with your business, and gives people the information they need.

CRM management and administrative help

This is the work people don’t see, but you certainly notice when it starts piling up.

Contacts need to be entered. Information needs to be updated. Your calendar needs attention, and there’s a list of small tasks you keep carrying from one week to the next.

I can help organize your CRM, update profiles, prepare emails, gather local resources, and handle other administrative tasks we agree on together.

You don’t have to wait until you have a huge project to ask for help. A few hours spent getting things organized can make the rest of your week easier.

Closing gifts, errands, and the little things

You want your clients to feel appreciated. Sometimes you just need someone to pick up the gift, order the cards, or handle an errand while you’re at an appointment.

I can help with those things, too.

That might mean researching a closing gift, arranging a pickup, preparing handwritten notes, or gathering supplies for a client event. In-person help depends on location, but there are plenty of details I can handle remotely as well.

You don’t have to hand over everything

You might enjoy creating your own content but need someone to film it. You might have social media covered but need help staying in touch with past clients. Or you may simply need a dependable person to work through a few tasks each month.

That’s a good place to start.

My background in real estate, photography, marketing, and business operations helps me understand both the creative work and the details that go along with it. I like being the person you can hand something to and feel relieved that it’s getting done.

If there’s something you’ve been meaning to finish, organize, or get started on, send me a message. Tell me what you need help with, and we’ll figure out what makes sense for your business.
